Hello and welcome to Origin8 Coaching & Mentoring. My name is Tom Clark and I'm a Professional Development Coach, Life Coach and Mentor. I'm married with 2 children, aged 10 and 6. We live in a village called East Preston, on the south coast of England. 

 

I have over 20 years experience working within automotive and aerospace engineering consultancies and corporations. My previous position was as Engineering Manager to a team of 35 fantastic people.  

I work with my clients' to assist, challenge and encourage them in their professional career development. My mentoring style is direct, advisory and collaborative, with an element of fun. My main aim is to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease during their development journey. 

I am recognised as a good listener and often told that my key strength is being able to quickly understand an issue and then break it down into smaller, manageable tasks.
